Something happened last night that hasn’t happened before. The volunteers were called up and thanked for their efforts in front of the whole congregation.
It’s beautiful that for the first time in all these years the Ramadan volunteers were so ceremoniously recognized. They truly deserve it and are selfless workers of Allah. We need them and appreciate them. May Allah reward them.
We are happy this previous oversight has been addressed, as mentioned in the petition. This is progress, and a direct response to the petition that you all signed. Keep doing what you’re doing, keep spreading the word, keep voicing your concerns on Your Voice and on Whatsapp. Keep renewing your calls for a townhall and let’s get to the rest of the list.
I feel like the gym was meant for us Muslims and for the kids but sometimes the renters even though we were on a whole different side(talking about the gym with the basketball and badminton nets) would kick the kids out and I hope the manegment can fix the problems and have this potition also have impact
